Refunds & Cancellation
This page explains how OSSora subscriptions renew, how cancellation works, and how billing issues can be raised.
Effective date: May 5, 2026
Automatic renewals
OSSora subscriptions renew automatically each month after the free trial unless canceled before renewal. Stripe handles recurring subscription billing and invoices on behalf of Thicle Sàrl-S.
How to cancel
Subscriptions can be canceled through the OSSora billing area or Stripe customer portal. If you cannot access the portal, contact support@ossora.eu from the email address associated with your account.
What happens after cancellation
After cancellation, your subscription may remain active until the end of the current paid billing period depending on Stripe settings and the cancellation timing. After the subscription becomes canceled or inactive, OSSora may allow read-only access to historical data where practical, while blocking new uploads, exports, templates, and summaries.
Founder cancellation
If a Founder subscription is canceled, Founder pricing is lost. A later subscription may use a currently available public plan, but Founder pricing is not silently restored.
Trial expiry
All launch plans include a 14-day free trial that starts when subscription checkout is completed. No subscription charge is due during the trial. If the trial ends and billing is not active or payment fails, access to new write actions may be restricted until billing is resolved.
Refund policy
OSSora is a subscription software service. Unless required by applicable law or expressly agreed in writing, paid subscription fees are generally not refunded for unused time, partial months, inactivity, or cancellation after renewal.
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support promptly. OSSora will review billing issues in good faith and may issue refunds or credits where appropriate.
Billing disputes
Please contact support@ossora.eu before opening a payment dispute where possible. Include your account email, organization name, invoice or payment reference, and a short explanation of the issue.
Nothing in this policy limits rights that may apply under mandatory consumer protection law.
