This page explains OSSora launch pricing, free trials, plan limits, Stripe billing, and Founder plan rules.

Plans and prices
OSSora launch plans are monthly subscriptions. Prices are listed before tax. Tax is added at checkout where applicable.
- Starter: €29 + VAT / month. Includes 10 uploads per month, 3 saved mapping templates, 90 days import history, and standard email support.
- Founder: €39 + VAT / month. Includes the same features as Growth, is limited to the first 50 users, is grandfathered while active, and includes priority email support.
- Growth: €79 + VAT / month. Includes 100 uploads per month, 20 saved mapping templates, unlimited import history, and priority email support.
14-day free trial
All launch plans include a 14-day free trial. The trial starts when subscription checkout is completed through Stripe. During the trial, you can use OSSora within the selected plan's limits.
No subscription charge is due during the trial. After the trial ends, the subscription renews monthly unless canceled before renewal, and Stripe handles payment collection.
If payment is not completed or fails, access to new write actions may be restricted.
Stripe billing and invoicing
Billing, payment collection, invoicing, taxes at checkout where applicable, and customer billing management are handled through Stripe on behalf of Thicle Sàrl-S.
OSSora does not store full card numbers. Stripe handles payment method storage and payment processing.
Stripe invoices and billing pages should identify Thicle Sàrl-S as the seller/operator for OSSora.
What counts as an upload
An upload is counted when a user uploads a CSV file into an organization workspace and the import record is created. Re-validating rows, changing mappings, generating summaries, or exporting a summary does not count as a new upload.
Plan limits
- Upload limits reset each billing cycle.
- Saved mapping template limits apply to templates stored for the organization.
- Starter import history is limited to 90 days as a product policy. Growth and Founder currently have unlimited import history.
- Standard support means normal email support. Priority support means higher-priority email handling, but does not guarantee a specific response time unless stated separately.
Founder plan rules
Founder includes the same access and limits as Growth at early-adopter pricing. Founder is limited to the first 50 users.
Founder pricing is grandfathered while the subscription stays active. If the Founder subscription is canceled, Founder pricing is lost and cannot be silently restored later.
Plan changes and billing management
Plan changes, payment method management, invoices, and cancellation are handled through the OSSora billing area and Stripe customer portal. OSSora does not implement a custom proration engine in the app.
Failed payments and inactive access
If a payment fails, Stripe may retry payment and OSSora may mark the subscription as past due. If a subscription becomes past due, canceled, or inactive, users may still be able to log in and view historical data where practical, but new uploads, exports, templates, and summaries may be blocked.
No hidden usage fees
OSSora launch plans are not metered billing plans. The stated monthly plan price applies to the plan limits shown above. Tax may be added at checkout where applicable.
