Disclaimer

This disclaimer explains the boundaries of OSSora. It is intended to make clear what the product does and does not do.

Software tool, not professional advice

OSSora is software. It is not a tax advisor, accountant, lawyer, filing agent, or government service.

OSSora does not provide legal, accounting, or tax advice. Information shown in the product or on the website is for product use and general orientation only.

No tax return submission

OSSora does not submit VAT returns, OSS filings, corrections, registrations, or other tax documents for users. Users remain responsible for all filing and compliance decisions.

Outputs depend on your data

Generated summaries are based on uploaded CSV files, selected mappings, parsed values, normalized countries, and validation results. Errors or omissions in uploaded files, mappings, source systems, or manual choices can affect outputs.

Review before relying on outputs

You must review summaries, country totals, amounts, dates, warnings, and exports before relying on them. You remain responsible for deciding whether figures are correct and suitable for filing preparation or accountant handoff.

Professional advice may be needed

VAT and OSS rules can depend on business model, customer type, country, product type, thresholds, exemptions, invoices, marketplace rules, and other facts. Professional tax or accounting advice may be needed for your situation.

Coverage limitations

OSSora does not guarantee coverage of every VAT scenario, country-specific rule, marketplace edge case, data export variation, currency issue, or business exception.

The tool is intended to support preparation and review, not replace professional judgment.
